Employee accounts
Account email, display name and assigned department are processed to provide authentication and access control. Management users can review employee approval records.
Workplace content
Company-wide announcements are shown to approved employees. Department posts are accessible to members of that department and authorised management. Employee comments and reactions may identify the participating employee.
Feedback and anonymity
WorkLoom's feedback form does not intentionally put your name, account ID or email inside submitted feedback records. A signed-in approved account is required to submit. Hosting, authentication, security and audit infrastructure may record request metadata. Therefore complete or technically untraceable anonymity is not guaranteed.
Media uploads
Uploaded images currently use public/shareable file URLs provided by the hosting platform. Do not upload confidential business information or sensitive documents until private storage is implemented and verified.
Retention and rights
Retention periods, deletion processes, legal basis, company-controller responsibilities and country-specific privacy rights must be finalised with the deploying organisation before production rollout.
